The charity chosen in Paul’s memory is the ITU department at the Colchester General Hospital. During Paul’s time in hospital, he had 3 visits to the ITU unit and he spent a total time of around 6 weeks in there. The family would like to recognise the 121 care received by the staff on the department as well as the doctors/physiotherapists/nutritionists that visit, as it was pretty incredible and they will always be grateful for what was done for Paul there and how they were so accommodating to the family too. If anyone would like to make a donation you can do so either at the wake via cash or cheques where a donation box will be present.
